About Us

Movement 4 all is a 501(c)(3) with a mission to connect people with and without disabilities by providing inclusive classes and workshops in yoga, dance and therapeutic movement.

The organization is dedicated to development and education of physically integrated movement for health and wellness.

Larisa Byely M.A., RYT, CPT is a certified yoga, Adaptive yoga, and Pilates instructor. She views yoga as a self-awareness approach and thus encourages each student to explore & honor the body’s unique wisdom & voice. Her classes are a creative blend of foundational alignment, explorative movement, and breath awareness. Larisa has years of experience working with those who have challenges/gifts such as Parkinson’s, neurological issues, osteoporosis, back pain, etc. and offers individually tailored private Adaptive yoga sessions.

Kathy Oravec is a brown belt Nia instructor, facilitator for Conscious Movement and a Dance Ability teacher.  DanceAbility uses improvisational dance to promote artistic expression and exploration between people with and without disabilities.

Nia offers the expressiveness of dance (Duncan, Modern, Jazz), the power and explosiveness of martial arts (Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido), and the body awareness of healing arts (Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Yoga).  Conscious Movement is a movement practice where one learns to move from the wisdom of the body.  Kathy Oravec believes that the mind-body-spirit connection is key for achieving health and wellness.
